Salade du voyage

Ingrédients : ( pour 2 personnes )

  • 2 poignées de haricots mungo
  • 1 grosse poignée de fèves Edamame
  • 2 Carottes
  • Coriandre
  • 1 Concombre
  • 1 poignée de Cacahuètes
  • 1 poignée de Pousses de luzerne
  • 1 poignée de Pousses de radis
  • 1 Avocat
  • Tamari coriandre wasabi
  • Huile de sésame
  • Gomasio
  • Poivre noir

Préparation :

Coupez en julienne vos carottes et votre concombre.

Coupez en cubes votre avocat.

Hachez la coriandre.

Mélangez la julienne avec vos haricots mungo, vos pousses, votre avocat en cubes, votre coriandre et vos fèves d’édamame.

Mélangez le tout avec une sauce tamari coriandre wasabi et huile de sésame. 

Ajoutez un peu de gomasio, de poivre et vos cacahuètes concassées.
