Je me devais de vous parler de ce fameux acai bowl, la recette healthy très à la mode en ce moment, très instagrammable et compagnie…

Bref voici une base de celui-ci!

Ingrédients

Banane
Acaï congelé
Fraise
Cerise
Framboise
Myrtilles
Noix de cajou
Baie de goji
Graine de sésame
Graine de courge
Fève de cacao cru

Préparation

Dans un blender jetez une banane et votre Acaï congelé ainsi que quelques cerises (dénoyautées bien sûr.)
Mixez le tout.

Déposez votre mixture dans un bol de votre choix et maintenant place à l’artiste qui est en Vous en ajoutant tout un tas de petits bonheurs sur le dessus.

Moi cette fois-ci j’ai ajouté au gré de mes envies Fraises, framboises, myrtilles, cacao cru, noix d’acajou, graine de courge et sésame mais libre à vous d’y ajouter toutes vos envies comme des amandes, des graines de chanvre, de la mangue, du kiwi, du beurre de cacahuète ou autre…
