Voici un exemple de lasagne très simple à faire, pour incorporer plus facilement des germinations dans son assiette !
C’est un plat qui présente très bien, qui est super santé et qui donne envie visuellement !
Il ne faut pas oublier de rendre nos assiettes agréables à nos yeux, c’est toujours plus enivrant pour nos papilles et pour celle de nos invités !
Je vous présenterai plus tard le classique « la lasagne crue» qui est un pur délice mais aujourd’hui je voulais m’amuser avec une variante.
Si vous avez des courgettes dans votre réfrigérateur et d’autres légumes, vous pouvez improviser la vôtre comme vous l’entendez, en tout cas voici ma recette pour ce midi !
Ingrédients pour la sauce :
*Coriandre
*tamari ou nama shoyu
*Citron
*Gingembre
*Poivre de Cayenne
*Celeri
*Poivrons rouges
*Nori (Algue)
*Sucrant
*Graine de sésame
*Eau
Dans un blender, j’ai mis un peu de Tamari, un petit bout de gingembre, une petite poignée de graine de sésame, une tige de céleri, un quart de poivron rouge, un soupçon de poivre de Cayenne, un peu de coriandre, quelques morceaux de Nori (Algue), un bon zeste de citron, un peu de sirop d’érable et un peu d’eau pour liquéfier le tout.
Mixez le tout, goûtez et ajoutez ce qu’il vous manque au besoin !
Ensuite mettez le tout au frais !
Ingrédients pour les lasagnes :
*Pousses de Tournesol
*Pousses de Luzerne
*Courgettes
*Tomate
*Champignons
*Épinards
*Cébette (oignons verts)
Si vous préparez votre plat à l’avance, vous pouvez dégorger vos courgettes et tomates pour qu’elles ne crachent pas trop d’eau !
Pour cela rien de plus simple, déposez les lamelles et tranches sur du papier essuie-tout, versez du sel de mer dessus et attendez entre 5 et 10 minutes puis retournez-les et faites la même chose !
Évidemment si vous les faites dégorgez n’utilisez pas de sel par la suite !
Avec une mandoline coupez finement vos courgettes en longueur.
Ensuite coupez-les en 2. Placez-en 4 ou 3 selon la taille en fond d’assiette, ensuite déposez un peu de sauce puis un étage de luzerne, une autre rangée de courgettes avec un peu de sauce.
Ensuite une rangée de tomates avec quelques bouts de cébettes et du sel de mer au goût de chacun, une autre rangée de courgettes avec de la sauce, une rangée de champignons.
Coupez en lamelle une autre rangée de courgettes avec de la sauce puis une couche d’épinards frais et tomates.
Accompagnez d’oignons verts et de pousses de tournesol, une dernière rangée de courgettes avec sa sauce et une rangée de pousses de tournesol, luzerne, oignons verts et sauce !
Vous pouvez réellement vous amuser avec le nombre d’étages que vous voulez et les ingrédients que vous souhaitez ! Laissez votre imagination faire et envoyez-moi des photos de vos mets ! J’ai hâte de recevoir ça !
