Le plaisir de la danse

Quoi de mieux qu’un bon rythme entrainant pour balancer son corps dans tous les sens ? La danse est un sport comme un autre qui est très bon pour la santé, le bien être général et le corps. Évidemment en grandissant, une sentiment de gêne frappe à la porte et nous empêche de nous  lâcher et de nous exhiber sur un rythme qui nous donne envie de gambader partout ! Pourtant, nous avons tous pu constater que dès qu’on appuie sur «Play» et qu’une musique remplie de groove débarque, tous les enfants se mettent à gesticuler  !

Pourquoi ne pas en faire autant alors ?

La civilisation moderne nous a emmené loin, très loin de nous !

Nous n’accordons plus assez d’attention à notre corps, la technologie nous a offert un mode de vie sédentaire qui nous a totalement chamboulé et catapulté hors de nous même. Il est temps de gouter au plaisir d’avoir un corps vivant et la danse peut définitivement être une très bonne solution pour réapprendre en douceur à s’en servir, à le ressentir et le redécouvrir !

Nous devrions tous abandonner nos petites gènes personnelles pour nous laisser aller dans le fulgurant tourbillon de la musique car la danse offre de nombreux bienfaits incroyables :

*La Danse est un réel exutoire qui permet d’évacuer ses soucis et son stress et donc de détendre le corps tout entier en canalisant les surplus d’énergie! De plus c’est une activité qui offre la possibilité d’exprimer ses sentiments, ses émotions et sa créativité. La danse permet de se désinhiber et donc de vaincre sa timidité en s’affirmant tels que nous sommes.

Faire de la danse en groupe permet aussi de gagner en concentration pour mémoriser les enchainements de pas, de faire de nouvelles rencontres, de réapprendre à faire confiance aux autres et de se donner de nouveaux objectifs de dépassement.

*Physiquement la danse apporte aussi énormément ! Premièrement une grande masse musculaire travaille pour le bien être du corps tout entier, les articulations deviennent plus souples, la résistance physique devient plus solide, le sommeil meilleur…

La danse est un sport qui utilise l’oxygène pour produire de l’énergie, le muscle cardiaque reçoit alors un apport de sang important, le système cardiovasculaire est donc fortement travaillé! La danse aide aussi à combattre l’hypertension, à combattre les varices en améliorant la circulation veineuse des jambes, à combattre l’ostéoporose et l’artériosclérose!

Evidemment comme vous pouvez l’imaginer mesdames, la danse aide aussi à perdre du poids, mais pourquoi ? Tout simplement car il est prouvé que toute activité physique liée à des efforts d’une durée d’environ 30 à 45 minutes amorce le métabolisme des graisses dans toutes les parties du corps, c’est à dire qu’au début de l’effort l’organisme brûle les sucres et ensuite les graisses. De plus, pour les graisses qui circulent dans le sang comme les triglycérides et le cholestérol, pas de doutes, leurs taux baissent !

La danse est le parfait rendez-vous car il y’en a pour tous les goûts : Il est possible de s’adonner à la danse seul ou à plusieurs, en cours ou chez soi et dans n’importe quel style ! Choisissez au mieux pour vous, un style qui vous correspond et qui raisonne en vous…

La Danse fait partie de la vie depuis la nuit des temps, dans les célébrations, les coutumes, les traditions, les prières…

Alors sortez de votre propre joug et swinguez aux rythmes de la vie !

Petit défi minutes: Après avoir lu cet article, enfermez-vous dans la pièce ou vous êtes, mettez une musique qui bouge, que vous adorez et dansez jusqu’à épuisement, une chanson c’est maximum 4 minutes … Ca ne va pas vous tuer ! Amusez-vous. Libérez-vous de vos propres chaines…

    Sans vouloir porté de jugement, je trouve que nous avons laissez tomber cette activité rassembleur dans notre société. On ne trouve pas beaucoup d’endroit (ou bien je ne cherche pas assez) qui propose justement de se laisser aller. La plupart des endroits que je connais, on ne fait que sauté sur place car il y a trop de monde. C’est un endroit pour se libérer des tensions, certes, et en même temps on ne peut pas vraiment communiquer avec son voisin car la musique est trop forte. J’ai appris récemment une ¨vielle¨ dance le swing. Je trouve juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas beaucoup d’endroit pour pratiquer ce type de danse autre que dans les métropoles. Pour conclure, la danse sur toute ses formes devrait être enseigner à l’école pour justement permettre d’autre échange avec les gens.
