Acceptons le changement!

La vie défile sous nos yeux à toute allure et nous emmène sur différents chemins connus ou pas.

Souvent pourtant, le chemin que nous parcourons est tout tracé par nos choix, nos décisions et nos engagements ! Cependant il arrive parfois que le destin en décide autrement et laisse place à l’imprévu !

C’est alors que des escales incertaines peuvent venir chambouler nos vies et parfois de manière imposante en empiétant littéralement sur notre quotidien ! Que faire alors dans de tels cas ?

Pour ma part, je considère ces moments-là comme des aubaines et rien d’autre ! Ces zigzags non prévus sont des cadeaux de la vie, des offrandes qui m’offrent des variantes non envisagées au préalable et très souvent des manières de me mener où je dois réellement aller pour me rapprocher de ma vraie mission de vie ou de mon vrai bonheur. L’univers a un pouvoir incommensurable et il fera toujours tout pour notre propre bien ! Il conspirera toujours pour un meilleur pour nous-mêmes et cela même si cela doit parfois passer par des moments intensément négatifs à première vue.

J’ai appris avec le temps à aimer le changement au point qu’aujourd’hui il m’est très difficile de planifier quelque chose. J’ai toujours ce besoin de changer même d’idée au dernier moment car j’aime les sensations ou les ressentis que j’ai au moment même de l’action.

Je suis sûre que vous aussi vous avez déjà pu vivre des expériences ou quelque chose était prévu depuis longtemps, vous en rêviez et hop le moment venu, ce n’est pas à votre goût alors que la spontanéité d’un moment parfait qui se choisit là sur le vif est très souvent bien plus jouissif.

En tout cas pour ma part, mon quotidien fonctionne de la sorte et je peux vous assurer que ça m’est arrivé tellement de fois qu’aujourd’hui même mes voyages peuvent être décidés à la dernière minute ! C’est comme si je ressentais un appel qui me mènera ailleurs, un signe qui m’invitera à agir d’une certaine manière plutôt qu’autrement… Cette reconnexion à mes intuitions et émotions est vitale pour moi et pour toute personne qui souhaite le bonheur !

Je pense que pour se rapprocher de notre essence, il est important de faire un peu plus confiance à l’univers et donc de réussir à passer outre nos habitudes, nos cadres, notre rigidité et nos propres limitations.

Si je vous parle de cela c’est tout simplement car je suis une grande observatrice depuis toujours. C’est certainement mon oeil d’artiste qui a toujours eu raison de moi et qui m’a conduit à m’intéresser à l’humain en le contemplant de la sorte.

Ma plus grande surprise a toujours été de constater que très souvent, face à l’inconnu et la nouveauté donc finalement, au CHANGEMENT, l’homme perdait tous ses moyens et se sentait comme désarçonné et en grand déséquilibre…

J’ai remarqué qu’énormément de gens ne supportaient pas d’être perturbés dans leurs habitudes et que parfois le moindre des chamboulements pouvait agir comme si le monde venait de s’écrouler et que tout devait alors être remis en cause ! Je ne blâme personne, entendons-nous bien, je comprends tout à fait cette situation car je sais comment la civilisation et le monde occidental a réussi à bien élaborer ce magistral plan pour nous rendre comme cela et nous faire oublier qui nous sommes vraiment ! Soit des humains sauvages, divins, devins, curieux, créatifs, passionnés et emplis d’amour !

Mais alors, la grande question n’est-elle pas : que peut-il se passer concrètement lors de véritables et difficiles changements comme la maladie, la perte d’un être cher, une catastrophe si le mental ne se focalise que sur le déséquilibre et rien d’autre !?

Évidemment il y’a différentes sortes de changement, j’en suis consciente et parfois certains sont plus difficilement acceptables ou gérables que d’autres !

Cependant je pense qu’il est important d’apprendre à voir le changement comme quelque chose de positif, quelque chose qui nous amène toujours à grandir ! Le changement nous amène à nous servir davantage de nos capacités d’adaptation car depuis toujours, ne l’oublions pas, l’homme ou l’animal ont su s’adapter et ne se sont pas figés dans un seul et unique moule. Tous se sont servi des crises et des chocs pour se transformer et devenir plus forts, plus vaillants, plus combattants, transformés par les dangers qu’ils vivaient !

C’est pour cela que nous nous devons d’apprendre à sortir de notre zone de confort pour laisser rentrer l’imprévisible et fusionner avec les trépidations d’une vie pour laisser entrer l’impensable ou l’inimaginable !

Plus que d’apprendre à accepter le changement, nous devons apprendre à le chérir et même le glorifier.

Personnellement, j’ai toujours appris à voir le beau ou le lumineux dans des situations délicates!

Je suis d’ailleurs certaine que nous avons déjà tous pu constater autour de nous que certaines difficultés apportent une nouveauté tout aussi belle même si cela peut paraître impensable à première vue.
Très souvent, face à la maladie par exemple, l’humain peut être capable de se débattre et d’apprendre à se servir de ses handicaps pour devenir plus fort, plus conscient, plus déterminé que jamais.

Un choc de grande envergure peut devenir une prise de conscience fulgurante dans la vie d’un humain et c’est là que l’humain devient le plus intéressant car il comprend alors à quel point la vie peut être précieuse et que la respecter devrait finalement être le b a ba de notre présence sur terre !

Nous sommes tous pris à la gorge dans cette folle poursuite qu’est la vie avec ses obligations et ses contraintes et à force de trop participer à ce jeu orchestré par des mains de maître, nous oublions tout simplement qui nous sommes, ce que nous voulons vraiment, ce qui nous passionne, ce qui nous fait vibrer ou ce qui nous anime pour devenir malgré nous, des hommes et des femmes apeurés, contrôlés.

Nous perdons totalement cette relation puissante et profonde avec notre cœur, notre âme et la source bienveillante de l’amour. Nous perdons un peu plus chaque jour ce qu’on appelle tout simplement la conscience, en évitant le moment présent, en remuant dans le passé et en préparant toujours un peu plus le futur alors que nous devrions finalement faire tout le contraire.

Apprenons à souffler, à déguster la vie, à nous reconnecter viscéralement à nous-mêmes, à notre coeur et en mettant parfois notre cerveau sur OFF !
Ce n’est pas grave, sachez-le car RIEN N’EST JAMAIS GRAVE finalement.

Apprivoisons le changement en le laissant intégralement empiéter sur notre vie pour qu’il nous emmène sur des chemins que nous n’avions pas prévu d’emprunter, acceptons de laisser aller l’univers où il a envie et de nous conduire où il souhaite que l’on aille !

Je vous souhaite beaucoup d’amour, de lâcher-prise et de changements…
